Sales Manager
Position Overview
To develop the business performance of the Atamia range of applications for the FACEOFFGAMES project dealing in all territories as directed by management.
The Sales Manager will have the following key responsibilities:
- To achieve targets for allocated territory base in line with budgets.
- To manage and develop sales of new releases and catalogue titles via our network of distributors across all territories.
- To create, present and implement yearly business sales plans across all product ranges – undertake business customer terms negotiations with the emphasis being on profitability.
- To work closely with the International Marketing and PR teams of respective publishing companies and development studios to ensure we increase awareness of our brand and ultimately sell through more units at physically and digitally.
- Continually report and feedback conditions of market place and competitor developments by territory.
- Identify new opportunities to drive growth – analyzing potential new business models for distribution.
- Internal processes – liaising with finance regarding credit limits. Awareness of aged debtors, taking action where appropriate. Monitoring and ensuring appropriate stock levels for live lines and catalogue promotions.
Knowledge and Experience:
Although not initially managing people it would be desirable that the candidate for this position would of had some experience in this area. The individual must show:

- Team player, effective communicator, very strong negotiation skills, confident and outgoing.
- Good presentation ability, strong planning capabilities.
- Positive and creative approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to travel extensively within international markets.
- Interest in gaming – active player preferred.
The candidate should be suitable qualified holding an appropriate degree or be capable of demonstrating a successful track record through his career.
