  • Atamia is an Information Technology Company that creates cost-effective customised software solutions based on innovative business models. We think carefully, identify market opportunities, plan and create. The products we develop are utilized in the running of associated commercial websites.

    Since Atamia’s establishment in January, 2008 the Company has been working on a video games project entitled Faceoffgames www.faceoffgames.com. This project encompasses technology centred on online video gaming tournaments, for money and prizes, 1v1 player matches, `online shopping, digital distribution of games via the internet, social networking, recruitment and advertising.     It is Atamia’s policy to re-use developed technologies in the future by pursuing other industry sectors such as translation services and travel/tourism. We have identified market opportunities in these and other sectors, which allow for the re-deployment of adapted versions of similar technologies used in the Faceoffgames project, therefore maximising our revenue streams.

    Michael McCormickChief Executive Officer and founder of Atamia, has a business history in property development, manufacturing and supply, having run his own companies since 2004.

    Luke Ashe-Browne

    Luke Ashe-Browne Chief Technical Officer of Atamia, started working with Michael McCormick pre-incorporation in 2008, to create the vision of how to achieve Atamia's goals. Luke holds qualifications in Electronics, Business IT and a Bsc in Software Engineering and has 8 years experience working across multiple roles in enterprise network systems engineering and software development.

    Michael Kerrin

    Michael KerrinSenior Developer, Michael holds a Bsc in Mathematics, is an expert in Python and associated internet technologies. Michael has 7 years experience in development, working in database administration, Java, system deployment and system engineering.

    Diarmuid Bourke

    Diarmuid BourkeDeveloper and Engineer. Dermot holds a Bsc in Computer Applications and Software Engineering. He is an experienced Python developer, with expertise in cellular messaging technologies, automation and UI design.

  • Video gaming

    faceoffgames nika and console app Our flagship project is the development of a video gaming website faceoffgames.com. The website has dedicated sections aimed at both consumers and industry professionals. It is designed to inform, entertain and facilitate networking both socially and commercially amongst the respective users on a cross platform basis. In order to achieve this we are developing programmes that integrate deeply into the game software on the latest system environments for personal computers and third generation consoles.   • Travel

    The internet has fed the marketing of resorts, attractions and services throughout the world by the reporting of users' experiences on community based networks. We intend to offer a social networking travel website linking businesses and consumers. By developing this product we will facilitate the organisational processing of travel arrangements for all parties and provide valued information to those participating in the service. In order to do this we will be adopting the use of modularised software products created as part of the Faceoffgames project.

    Translation Services

    Internationalisation and localisation is of huge importance in extending the reach and competitiveness of services no matter what your business. Fashioning a presentation of crystal clarity and respectfulness of expression is of the utmost importance in enterprise and professional life. Through globalisation the need for translation services has become ever more important and Atamia aims to serve that need. Through the development of various elements of the Faceoffgames project Atamia has created a range of software products which once modularized can be adapted and re-deployed for use in the establishment of an online translation services agency.
